The cocoa project is based on Self Globe’s cornerstones: technology, training and commercialization of the finished product.Recognizing the great importance that cocoa crops cover in many tropical countries, we have developed a modular cocoa processing plant, built in two adjoining containers.
This structure allows the processing of the beans in cocoa mass and/or chocolate, thanks to the quality machineries incorporated in the modular installations. The plant, of course, is assembled in compliance with the strictest food and hygiene standards.
The entire installation, for its plug-and-play characteristics, is easily adaptable to any environment and can be located a few meters away from cocoa plantations, allowing product processing on the spot, shortening the supply chain.
In this project in particular, capacity building plays a crucial role as it involves the participation of a maître chocolatier with international experience that will transfer his know-how in terms of chocolate processing. Training on the usage of machinery will take place at our facilities, while chocolate refining classes will be directly performed on the site by the maître chocolatier who will train the local staff.
Lastly, we will also support and accompany the enterprise in the product commercialization phase, by providing specific consultancy and a network of internationally qualified operators.
